IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
The only time we collect personal data is once you get into the CART SYSTEM, where you're required to input your details, the cart is secure and the icon in your URL bar will show a lock representing a secure page.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within North America using FedEx and with a tracking number provided at the time your order is shipped. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO box so please ensure that you provide your actual street number address.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
My professional printers are experts at shipping artwork and your order will be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
Average production time for printed products is between 5-7 days and 7-10 days for facemount to acrylic, plus additional time for shipping. Over-sized canvases and large orders may take longer to produce. From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season. If your order is required by a certain date please contact me so that I can possibly assist you in getting it sooner.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
Returns may be made within 72 hours of receiving artwork. All returned artwork must be packaged exactly as it was received and be in perfect condition without any flaws or damages. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer and sent with insurance and tracking. For any further questions or concerns please contact me.
WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
I will do everything I can to make sure your print arrives safely. However, things can sometimes happen in transit and I will deal with this on a case by case basis. Please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact me right away for assistance.
HOW CAN I SEE WHEN YOU RELEASE NEW WORK?
Sign up for my newsletter. I post my new works here on the site as soon as I finish them and photograph them. Depending on how much I'm painting, this can be a few times a month. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can also follow me on instagram and like my facebook page to see other work, details about my adventures and other discount offers.
WILL THE PRINT LOOK THE SAME TO WHAT I SEE ON MY SCREEN?
Dimensions and cropping will be the same unless you choose otherwise when ordering. Colours can vary according to the brightness, colour settings and resolution of your computer monitor or device. Every computer monitor and mobile device screen shows colour slightly different than the next one. If you have a modern screen, properly adjusted, the printed results should be quite similar, although prints are almost always slightly less colourful than what you see on a screen. We do our best to accurately display what the print will look like, but there will be some variance between what you see and what the printed product looks like.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
At the moment, due to our limited volume, we do not charge sales tax.
DO YOU CREATE COMMISSIONS?
Yes! I am happy to create an original painting of a subject you desire. Contact me directly if you wish to discuss this.
I'M A GALLERY OR SHOP OWNER, DO YOU SHOW AND SELL YOUR WORK OFFLINE?
Yes, I do show in galleries. If you are interested in displaying my originals, I would be happy to talk with you. Contact me directly.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO TRADE?
Yes, I am happy to offer discounts to spacial designers, hotels, real estate development projects etc. Please contact me to discuss this more if you are interested.
DO YOU SHARE YOUR MAILING LIST?
No one gets access to my mailing list. I do not sell, rent, loan or allow cretins (spammers) to get their paws on it. BTW, if you want off the list, the unsubscribe link on my mailing actually works.
